Is Lifting Online a Secure Trading Site?
Lifting Online uses SecurePay's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.
A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.
What is our standard means of shipping?
We use TNT Road Express as our main carrier. Alternatively in the checkout process you can select a transport company that you may already have an account with.
Why do I get a message that my cart is empty after placing an item in the cart?
This typically is the result of your browser having "cookies" turned off or your security settings set to "high". Please check these settings. For instance, in Internet Explorer you can do the following:
Select Tools from the menu bar, then Internet Options. Click on the Security tab. Make sure the setting is set no higher than the "medium" level. Use the same steps on the Privacy tab.
What is the Lifting Online return policy?
Lifting Online sources high quality and proven products from both Australian and overseas manufacturers. In the unlikely event of a product having a manufacturing fault or the product does not meet your needs we will gladly exchange or refund if we are notified within 14 days of your receipt of goods. Please notify our sales team on the email address below quoting your receipt number and briefly outlining reason for return. We will then arrange for exchange or refund. In the case of a faulty product or error on supply by LOL we will cover transportation costs.
