Thank you for choosing to shop at Lifting Online.

Our checkout process enables you to see the full shipping price prior to your final confirmation of order.

For any single item order weighing less than 22kg or combined items less than 50kg we will dispatch your order within one working day via Australia Post eParcels.

The total weight of your order is displayed in the first step of the checkout process. For a single item weighing more than 22kg or combined items of more than 50kg we will provide a quotation for shipping via email - the checkout process will proceed you through to the shipping quotation request.  

Alternatively you are welcome to choose to ship with your preferred freight company. You must have an account number with your selected freight company. For this option choose "Pay Offline" method of payment during the checkout process.

For Australia Post eParcel deliveries if the delivery address is unattended a card will be left advising collection from nearest post office.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any item returned within fourteen days. Delivery and packaging charges are non refundable unless as a result of our error. Please notify us by email or phone advising that items are to be returned with brief advice on what you require - credit, exchange etc. Please reference your Tax Invoice number in all correspondence.
