Thank you for choosing to shop at Lifting Online.

We will ship your order via TNT Road Express. To ensure you recieve your order in a timely manner we ordinarily dispatch orders to NSW, VIC, QLD and TAS from our warehousing facilities in Sydney. For delivery to WA, SA and NT we dispatch from Perth.

Alternatively you are welcome to organise shipping yourself with a freight company of your choosing. Choose "pay offline" method of payment during the checkout process. You must have an account number with the transport company you choose to use.

All shipping costs are quoted during the check out process prior to order confirmation.

*If we become aware of any reason that would prevent us from delivering within the above time schedule, we will notify you by email or phone.

returns, refunds & exchanges

We will gladly refund, credit or exchange any item that does not meet your expectations within 14 days of receival. Delivery and packaging charges are non refundable unless as a result of our error. Please notify us by email or phone advising that items are to be returned and a brief advise of what you require; credit, exchange etc. Please reference your Tax Invoice number in all correspondence.
